About Me

Hi, I’m Neil Clarke — a screenwriter based in Victoria, Australia.
I write screenplays for the kinds of movies I’d want to see and the stories I’d want to read. My work leans into emotionally driven thrillers and dramas that explore identity, memory, and the consequences of truth. I love asking “What would happen if…?” and imagining how an audience might respond — whether with empathy, unease, or reflection.
My screenplays often blend psychological depth with cinematic tension, and I’m drawn to characters who are morally complex and emotionally raw.
